Who plays best, game by game.
Players are ranked by the lower bound of the 95% confidence interval of their mean result per match, in stake units, fees excluded: steady play ranks, a lucky streak does not. At least 30 finished matches are needed to be ranked. Heads-up hold'em ranks by win rate instead, in big blinds per 100 hands, per stack depth.
